Brand representation includes the design of a logo, using inspiration from various sources, this allows us to fashion a representation in its most visual form. Once the logo has been designed, a brand guidelines document is constructed to ensure that your brand identity is portrayed correctly across your marketing channels.

To construct a healthy user experience, we must begin with identifying your users. This includes focusing on your current users and your target market; by understanding characteristics such as age demographics, geographical location, interests, technologies and any additional relevant information.

Once we have identified your users, we can then begin to construct the user journeys, also known as user flows. This outlines how these users will interact with your website, specifically why they have entered the site and the various paths they may take to reach their goal.

Once we have understood your users and their journeys, we then begin design the true user experience, starting first and foremost with a sitemap. A sitemap outlines the various pages and categories of your website, using these user journeys we can prioritise and structure the various pages and categories appropriately.

Once the sitemap has been constructed, we begin to wireframe the various pages of the website. During this stage, elements are defined, functionality is identified and content is prioritised for both desktop and mobile viewing.
